Please read these terms carefully. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them.

1. Who can play

WinQuest Worlds is rated 13+. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction, including any laws about games, virtual items and digital or crypto assets.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. Do not share accounts, sell accounts, or access anyone else’s account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, cheat, exploit bugs, use automation/bots, or attempt fraud or money laundering.

3. The game, virtual items, Gold and Rubys

• In-game items, classes, Gold and Rubys are a limited, revocable licence to use features inside the game. They have no guaranteed real-world value.
• Gold is the regular gameplay currency. Rubys are the premium in-game currency. Renaming the premium currency does not change existing balances or create an entitlement to $RWC.
• No conversion of Gold or Rubys into cash or crypto is currently offered.
• We may add, change, balance, suspend or remove items, features, rates and currencies at any time to keep the game fair and sustainable.

4. Future Play&Earn plans are not live

• Playing is free. You never have to spend money or buy crypto to play WinQuest Worlds.
• RoyalWin Coin ($RWC) and crypto earning features are future plans, not currently available features. Any future launch would require a separate announcement, eligibility rules and applicable terms.
• We do not promise or imply any income, profit, yield or return. Nothing on this site or in the game is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
• No one is pressured, required or incentivised to deposit funds. You decide if, when and how much you ever participate.

5. Crypto & digital-asset risk

• You participate entirely at your own risk and only with what you can afford to lose.
• You are solely responsible for your wallet, your keys, your taxes and for checking that participation is legal where you live.
• We are not a bank, broker, exchange or financial adviser, and we do not provide custody of your external assets.

6. Purchases & refunds

Optional purchases unlock in-game benefits. Because digital items are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final except where a refund is required by applicable law. Chargeback abuse may lead to account closure.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to cheat, exploit, reverse-engineer, attack, overload or disrupt the game or other players; not to use the game for any illegal purpose; and not to use funds from illegal activity. We may act on any breach without notice.

8. Intellectual property

WinQuest Worlds, its art, code, names and branding are owned by Cris & Lolwut / InfinityArts and protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to play. WinQuest Worlds is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any other game, studio or publisher.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for lost profits, lost coins or lost data, or for any loss arising from crypto price movements, network/wallet failures, downtime, or third-party services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 6 months before the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs we incur because you broke these terms or the law.

11. Changes & termination

We may update these terms and may change or discontinue the game or any feature at any time. Continued play after a change means you accept the updated terms. You may stop playing and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

12. Early access / development build

WinQuest Worlds is in active development. Features may be incomplete, change, break or be removed without notice, the service may be unavailable, and characters, progress, items, Gold and Rubys balances may be adjusted, wiped or reset (for example during testing, resets or migrations). We make no guarantee of continued availability of the game or of any feature or reward.

13. Rubys and RoyalWin Coin ($RWC) are separate

Rubys are for premium purchases inside the game. They are not RoyalWin Coin ($RWC), and holding Rubys does not promise future tokens, payouts, a conversion rate or profit. The name RoyalWin Coin ($RWC) describes a planned future crypto token only. No launch date, market value, liquidity or tradability is promised.

14. Eligibility, sanctions & geographic restrictions

By using the service you confirm that you are not located in, a resident of, or acting on behalf of any country or person subject to applicable sanctions or embargoes, that you are not on any prohibited-persons list, and that your use is legal where you are. WinQuest Worlds is not offered where prohibited. We may block, restrict or refuse access by jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

15. Compliance, AML & verification

To meet legal and anti-fraud obligations we may, at any time, require identity or source-of-funds verification, impose or change limits, and delay, refuse, suspend, freeze or reverse actions or reward features where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, sanctions breaches, money laundering or other unlawful activity. You are solely responsible for all taxes arising from your activity, and for reporting them.

16. Exploits & unfair gains

Anything gained through bugs, exploits, automation, duplication, fraud or other unfair means may be removed or reversed without compensation, and may lead to account closure.

17. Third-party services & links

Wallets, exchanges, blockchains, payment processors and external sites are operated by third parties, not by us. We are not responsible for them, for their availability, fees or security, or for any loss arising from their use. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

18. Dispute resolution

If you have a problem, contact us first and we will try to resolve it informally. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis only; you and we waive any right to a class, collective or representative action. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your place of residence.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s principal place of business, without affecting mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect (severability). Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. We may assign these terms; you may not. These terms, the Privacy Policy and any in-game rules are the entire agreement between us.

20. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, attacks, blockchain or network failures, third-party failures, or changes in law.
